It sucks.
1. Wearing formal/corporate attire is fine. I look good in it. Not complaining.
2. I have a blister.
3. Facilitator talks too much.
4. Went lunch at 12.30pm and started presentation at 2.30pm and ended class at 4.30pm. It was supposed to be 12pm, 2pm and 4pm, respectively.
5. Foodcourt was crowded as fuck. Went to South Foodcourt, bought burger like a loser and went back.
6. Facilitator asked why we took so long to complete our slides. LIKE WHAT THE FUCK?! You talked so much. You released us late, we started late and now you asked us why? YOU ASK YOURSELF CAN?! Oh my god. Thank god it was the first lesson, if not I would have totally gone against her. Jeesh.
7. Facilitator was impressed no one left the class. I bet this will only be the only time since it’s the first day of school.
8. I dislike my Thursdays already. I hope next week will be a better week.
9. It was raining cats & dogs when we got out. No thanks to the facilitator. If we went back at 4pm. It probably wasn’t even raining.
10. My shoes were wet. My jacket was. My bag was. Everything was.
11. Lightning was a bitch. It was bright. Purple. Loud. Once so bright and loud everyone in the bus went “WOAHHHHHHHHHHHH…”. Scared the fuck out of me. Thought the world wanted to end.

Okay, so I lost 3.8kg last week.
I gained back 1kg this week, after a week of not taking measurements.
+ My nutrition shake.. FINISHED! How how?
There goes, Macdonalds. Mcpsicy upsize. Double Mcspicy upsize. Double Cheeseburger. -_- tada.. 1kg.
So yes, I want to start a new. Sounds like a new years resoluton.
Okay this is.. mid-year resolution. OK?! Okay!
Since I’m always working my ass off everyday, from morning till night. I won’t have time to exercise. I only just did and only can if I work till 5pm or so. If it’s in the morning, then is impossible so exercise. Thus, I want to make the impossible, possible.
Usually the reason why I wake up late is becuase I sleep late. Like duh, usually I will go online to chat, Facebook, Tagged etc. So useless. :P
So, this is my plan.
1. If I’m working full shift, I will get home. Latest 11.30pm. Use computer to do the usual. I WILL SLEEP AT.. 12am. I will wake up at 8am.
2. 8am. I will go run my ass off. I researched and I found out that the best time to run is in the morning. So yes I will.
3. Come back at 9am. * If I’m working at 1030, I shall shower and get ready. Cos usually I will wake up at 9am. Pig.
4. Repeat cycle steps 1 to 4. Regardless whether I’m working night/evening or full. :)
